OH&S is a critical function for business in NSW and Australia and not simply because Employers and Managers can be prosecuted or even jailed. OH&S and the Welfare of employees directly effects the efficiency and productivity of a business and therefore its profitability.

OH&S provides a framework for Employers and Employees to develop and work in a safe and productive environment through the development of Workplace Safety Standards, Policies and Safe Operating Procedures. Through consultation in the development of these mechanisms all participants in an enterprise can benefit by developing fair and effectve Workplace Safety, Task Descriptions and Drug & Alocohol Policies.

Injuries in business result in lost productivity, lost knowledge, less business flexibility and a loss of valuable business knowledge. To often businesses fail to account for the cost of training, the years of experience of an employee and the real value that has to the bottom line. When taken into account properly the investment in a good OH&S attitude and supporting systems and policies become easily justifiable when compared to lost productivity, compensation expenses and the cost of replacing an employee in the short or long term.

Over the last 4 years, we've developed and maintained OH&S Policies and Systems, Drug & Alcohol Policies & have WorkCover NSW qualifications that allow us to offer services in the following areas:
