Website Development & Design

Most web companies will try to sell you the whole-she-bang, telling you in subtle ways that to do anything less is like throwing away your money. Now, if you have gobs of money then this may be the way to go for you - personally though - we wouldn't recommend it. We've seen too many clients that demanded the whole show with all the bells and whistles, who have spent literally millions of dollars only to get nothing in return.

We like to spend your money a little more wisely.

Website Maintenance

Unfortunately website maintenance is sadly neglected, typically businesses make a big initial invest and are often told that their new website will bring them vast sums of money. Naturally enough, when the new or measurable revenue from their website fails to materialise interest is quickly lost in keeping the website updated. Especially when each update requires you to spend hours of your time and hundreds of dollars using a "web specialist" to "perform the update" for you.

As a complementary service to our assessment and auditing of existing websites and services we have developed experience in the migration of older websites to more modern Content Managed Systems. Through the development of a web system and process that suites each organisations individual needs we aim to bring significantly improved functionality while returning control of the web presence to the organisation in question.

iPhone development

iPhone Splott GameiPhone P-Team

Leveraging our long running history with Apple and the Macintosh OS we are now able to provide iPhone software development servces as a member of the iPhone Developer Program.

The iPhone OS is both a sub-set of the existing Mac OS X and in some respects a super-set. Simply put this means that the skills learnt using Apples Cocoa, Core Foundation and Xcode tools can be applied to development on the iPhone.

Developers of course still have a significant learning curve given the limitations of the platform by comparison with a desktop computer, which is why we're glad to say that we've been a registered developer since the beginning of the program.

Photography

Over the years I've been lucky enough to have significant amounts of Photographic work for corporate applications (marketing, software & websites) and events (weddings, parties, school events).

Whether it's business or personal photography we take the same approach, starting with understanding the importance of the job to the client. Too often we hear stories of photographers "not caring" or "not understanding the product" and regretfully of photographers cancelling bookings only days before a big event.
