We understand this as we see it in many of our clients  to help them we have developed several telephone support options which give you access to our staff that use products like Joomla, PHPBB3, MySQL and host of other acronyms on a daily basis.

 

Website maintenance plans are the most basic level and are designed for organisations that have a small web presence and limited IT&C resources to manage it. Typically a website maintenance plan is entered into for a 12 month or longer period and can be readily upgraded as your web requirements increase. All updates are done on a basis of the release cycle of the software in question.
