Website maintenance plans are the most basic level and are designed for organisations that have a small web presence and limited IT&C resources to manage it. Typically a website maintenance plan is entered into for a 12 month or longer period and can be readily upgraded as your web requirements increase. All updates are done on a basis of the release cycle of the software in question.
Level 1 ( WML1 )
WML1, the most basic level of maintenance, allows us to leverage our daily familiarity with LAMP3 based web solutions to keep your Open Source software (such as CRM, CMS’ and Forum systems) and associated servers up-to-date with the latest security patches. Undertaking this basic level of maintenance reduces your chances of experiencing a website outage through malicious efforts of others or through accumulating incompatibilities as your software get further out of sync with the current recommended versions. Each website that is placed under WML1 is profiled and key software, backup strategies and uptime goals are also identified. Each identified element is then placed on active maintenance cycle whereby:
- Release/Production software patches are applied
- Backup process is monitored Website
- Uptime is monitored on an hourly basis.
The WML1 cost is determined by the software deployed, the hosting environment, the level of access provided and the assessment of sites needs. Per site WML1 monthly fees start at $25.00 and range upwards from there.
WML1 Example Fees
Standard CMS/CPanel/Full Access Website
A typical Drupal/Joomla website with only “standard” components in addition to the core installation of the CMS hosted on a reputable CPanel hosting environment where CPPL has full access to the CMS & CPanel environment.
Monthly Fee: $25.00
Advanced CMS/Forum Software/CPanel/Full Access Website
A larger Drupal/Joomla website with advance components, independent or integrated Forum software, hosted on a reputable CPanel hosting environment where CPPL has full access to the CMS & CPanel environment.
Monthly Fee: $35.00
Standard CMS/eCommerce/Custom Control Panel/Limited Access Website
A Drupal/Joomla website with integrated eCommerce and a host specific control panel, with limited access available to monitor processes and utilisation.
Monthly Fee: $QUOTED
